This debut release contains some of the most richly synthesized Endgame, and established the band as an individual new talent on the electronic avant-garde, and synth music fronts, with a careful balance of melodic and abstract elements.
A c90 cassette release limited edition, this is vast and sprawling, deep and cosmic, with an uneasy balance of the melodic and abstract. Lots of analogue synthesizers feature, digital modelling electronics and an overdose of reverb and delay/echo devices, along with glissando/abstract guitars, subtle use of voice, etc.
Those fans of cosmic music should start here (the beginning is often a good place) - now a Bandcamp bargain c90's worth at the price of the cassette!

Endgame music is instantaneous invention. Initially Endgame stepped on from German cosmic music in the manner of Zeit era Tangerine Dream, akin to Lightwave, the INA-GRM school or Morphogenesis. Expect references/dedications to Nurse With Wound, Krautrock, etc. Endgame were very busy on the session front for almost a decade, and continue to play live together occasionally.
